We can take backup for whatsapp accounts even we installed it in new devices without taking any backup manually. It will happen when we add google drive to our messenger which will add automatically in latest version with playstore account. I am decided to not get media or any previous chats for new installs with same account on whatsapp due to personal and security issues so that I searched for it and worked out. Finally I found a solution to stop backup restore on whatsapp either media or chat and I prepared a demo and published here
